Fantastic ski in position on the Pleney with HOT TUB and large dining terrace facing the slopes. Stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which sleeps 4 people very comfortably and benefits from modern open plan living and dining with views of the slopes.

LOCATION/POSITION 

Apartment Petit Pleney is located 400 meters from the Pleney Telecabine and you can ski back to the apartment from Piste B on the Morzine Pleney ski slope. Only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Morzine, the apartment is located on the 1st floor in building A (of a 2 building complex) with lift access. The building is set off the main road up a sloped driveway and the terrace has views out the back of  the Pleney slopes. 

For bigger groups, Apartments Pleney, Pleney II, Pleney III and Petit Pleney are all located in the same development and subsequently work well in combination with each other for larger groups. You can literally wave at each other from the balconies!

LAYOUT (55sq. metres)

Bright open plan lounge area with 2 sofas, wall mounted flatscreen TV, Games Console, Apple TV, and Free Wifi. Plenty of space for 4 people with storage throughout. We have UK and French TV channels, a Bose Sound Dock, and Apple TV.

The kitchen diner comes fully equipped with granite work surfaces and stainless steel appliances. There is a dishwasher, separate washing machine & tumble dryer, integrated fridge freezer, and oven with electric induction hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The dining space has seating for up to 4 people around a rectangular oak dining table.

There are 2 lovely bedrooms, featuring Ottoman beds with plenty of storage beneath and built in wardrobes.  The smaller bedroom has no window, however, full sized beds and is great for kids or teenagers.

The Pleney Apartments works well in combination - Apartments Pleney, Pleney II, Pleney III and Petit Pleney. All these apartments are in the same complex so you can literally wave at each other from the balconies. A great option groups up to 22 people.
