Luxury Chalet in Morzine Reduced February Prices

Every year we are told we are too cheap! The number of guests who walk into our luxury chalets often say “you should be charging at least £150 more per person!”  We prefer to keep our luxury chalet holidays affordable, yet surprisingly good value… Hence, we do get lots of people coming back.

Even so, we have been thinking about the cost of our holidays recently, and in order to keep our luxury chalets in Morzine competitively priced, we have decided to reduce some of our non peak February week prices. Therefore all weeks in February other than Half Term (which is full anyway!) have now been reduced by up to £50 per person per week in some cases. So…even More value !

Please see our prices page for more information showing our new weekly rates.

These prices still include all our added extras, like FREE Airport Transfers to and from Geneva. We still have the iPods, Free WiFi and Walkie Talkies. Our food is still fabulous, the wine continues to be hand picked and the service remains personal with all the little details and finishing touches added to make your stay with us a memorable one!

Make the most of these NEW weekly prices while you can as they will be snapped up soon!

Montreux Jazz Festival

Only 1 hour and 30 mins drive from Morzine to one of the most sophisticated festivals..Montreux Jazz Festival. Great day with sunny weather mixed with a few Thunderstorms right by shores of Lac Leman.

We camped overnight and enjoyed the many food stalls and beer stands, followed by three great gigs.

Passportes Du Soleil

Sunday 29th June…2008

Feelin’ Hot Hot Hot!

Passportes has to be one of the most exciting “organised” MTB XC Rides in Europe with breathtaking scenery and ultimate trail variety, suitable for a beginner to expert. It was my first time doing it (Samee) and I can honestly say, it was one of the best days riding I have had so far on my mountainbike in the Portes Du Soleil. 75kms in one day….awesome. Never thought I could ride to Switzerland and back in a day!

We started off early and left the More Mountain Chalet Robin at 7.20am with 12 peeps in tow, a combination of guests and friends, and guests who are now friends!

There must have been about 60 people queuing to collect the “passportes ticket to ride” outside Morzine Tourist Office… Luckily for us Jon had prerbooked everything. Once we all had our bike numbers labelled up and adorned with yellow wrist bands, plus the free T-Shirt, we all rode to Super Morzine Telecabine and headed up.

More Mountain Biking..

Super M, down to the bottom of Chaux Fleurie and headed over to Switzerland via the Panoramic run through Satellite Trees.  The Chaux Des Roses Chair was opened  specially for the day to access a great rocky track leading down to Chatel with big drop offs all the way - we hit some snow at the top which was comedy! Yellow wrist bands came in handy for a well needed foodstop which is all provided free of charge for the day. Cheese, Ham, Raclette, Baguette, Saucisson, Sausages…stuff your face as much as you like and fill your rucksack with the free Muesili bars.

Finally looped to Morgins, followed by Champoussin and then on to Champery via Les Crozets, only to take the G5 back to Morzine from the top of Mossettes…bloody brilliant! Speedy, Hugh, Gav and Nic Nox have already reserved their place for next year, plus Tom and Ali from alpsaccommodation.com in Samoens. We always told them Morzine rocked…especially after a bit o’ Mutzig Mayhem at Robo’s. WHAT A DAY….
