Self Catered Pricing Information
In Winter we only offer our apartments on a self catered basis. All our apartments are brand new and feature UK Satellite TV, Nintendo Wii and free WiFi as standard.
In Summer, in addition to our apartments, we also offer some of our winter chalets on a self catered basis. When you rent a property from us for self catering purposes it is for exclusive use for your group only.

** The Penthouse has a Washing Machine and Tumble Drier which you can use.
Please note iPods, Walkie Talkies and AppleMacs are not included in the self catered chalets in Summer.
Airport Transfers
Your Airport transfer is not included in the cost of your self catered holiday. We can, however, arrange a transfer for you at the discounted rate of €30 Euros per person each way to and from Geneva. Always check out our transfer prices before you try anywhere else as we pass on our tour operator discounts to you. You could save a lot of money!
Self Catering Deposits and Payments
We require a €500 Euro deposit to secure a property on a self catered basis. Final Balance Payment is required 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. All payments for self catered properties are taken in Euros via credit card or Visa Debit Card. Unfortunately we cannot accept AMEX.
Self Catering Damage Deposits
We will take details of a valid credit card in resort upon your arrival. Any damages or additional cleaning required during or after your stay will be charged to this credit card. If additional charges are necessary once you have left the property, we will contact you within 48 hours of your departure to notify you of any charges incurred. We would hope this will be unnecessary as we rarely need to use this deposit facility as most guests respect our luxury properties. We would kindly request that the chalet is returned to us in the same order as was given to you on the day of arrival.
Check in and Check out Times
Our apartments and chalets are available for check in from 4pm on the day arrival and check out is at 10am on the day of departure. Check in and check out times must be strictly adhered to. Please bear these times in mind when booking your flights or arranging your travel plans.
