Winter Pricing Information

At More Mountain we believe we offer catered chalet holidays at a great price that wont break the bank! See below to find out what is included in your catered chalet holiday.

Please note Peak Weeks such as Christmas, New Year, Half Term and Easter weeks are based on a full chalet occupancy price only.

What’s Included (Catered Winter Holidays)

Airport Transfers

All our catered chalet holidays include Free Airport Transfers to and from Geneva in 8 seater minibuses. You can also UPGRADE your transfer to a private service for an additional £25 per person for 4 persons or more each way. This means there is no waiting at the Airport and you will have your own private eight seater minibus.

Check in and Check out Times

Our chalets are available for check in from 4pm on the day arrival and check out is at 10am on the day of departure. Please bear these times in mind when booking your flights.

Discounts and Single Supplements in Catered Chalets

Party leader receives 50% discount when securing 12 Adult paying guests in Chalet Robin or La Cabine. Non Peak weeks only. We do not offer discounts for full occupancy in The Loft.

Exclusivity : Please contact us for a whole chalet price if your group is less than full occupancy for the chalet of your choice and you would like exclusive use of the property.

All our rooms are based on two people sharing: Rooms can be configured as twins or Full King Size Doubles with no gaps! Prices also include luxury Egyptian Cotton Bed Linen, Fluffy Towels and L’Occitane Luxury Toiletries.

Single supplements are charged for people wanting rooms to themselves. A Single Person Supplement of £250 is added to the cost of the “per person per week” price.

Kids in Catered Chalets

Kids under 2 years old, sleeping in parents room, €200 cash on arrival  - cot or camp bed provided if required.

Kids from 2 years to 11 years old 15% discount of full adult price (only 1 child discount allowed per adult place purchased) Kids aged 12 and over pay full adult price.

Deposits and Payments

Deposit of £150 per person is required to secure the booking of any catered chalet.

Final Balance Payment is required 8 weeks before the start of your holiday

Acceptable payment types are UK Bank Transfer and Credit Card – Credit Card Payments incur a 1% booking charge and all payments are taken in Euros. More Mountain will use a fixed exchange rate of 1.2 Euros to the UK Pound. 

Please be aware your bank / building society or credit card provider may apply a different exchange rate to that applied by More Mountain. As a company More Mountain cannot be held responsible for any discrepancy in this amount charged as it is governed by exchange rates applied by your bank, building society or credit card provider.
