As a result of designing and building our own luxury apartment in Morzine, Apartment Central, we gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in apartment design, renovation and redevelopment. Our experience in both property development and project management both in the UK and in France, is passed on to our clients who own holiday homes here in Morzine, which subsequently become part of More Mountain’s range of properties.
If your property is suitable for the More Mountain apartment portfolio, and you don’t have time to oversee its development and maintenance, we can offer an end to end property management solution from initial build concept through to a weekly rental return on investment.
We start with practical interior design information and advice for letting your property. We effectively become your “eyes and ears” in resort and will help you set-up your holiday home and liaise with our network of furniture and home interior suppliers in your absence. We will also work alongside developers of new build projects to ensure any alterations you wish to take place are being executed efficiently. We can instruct builders, trades people and artisans to renovate your property and provide a “project management” service. We can also facilitate the organisation of utilities, TV and internet. In theory, all you need to do is turn up and everything can be ready for you when you arrive down to the last plumping of the pillow!
Most importantly we always work with you, the owner, as a team. We understand this is your holiday home and we take great care in ensuring it is well managed and looked after as if it were our own property.
Because of the effort we put into creating your ideal holiday home and rental investment, we only take on property projects that will become part of our rental portfolio and we are very selective about who we work with and what will work with our existing portfolio.
