LOCATION/POSITION
Apartment Terrasse Du Soleil is approximately 5-8 minutes walk into the centre of Morzine and 100m to the nearest bus stop. It has a south facing garden with a hot tub
The duplex apartment is on the ground floor, there is parking for 2 cars and it has a log burning fireplace
LAYOUT (85 metres sq.)
Comfortably sleeps up to 6 people in 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It is well suited to groups and families due to the size and space and also features a lovely lounge with fireplace and great views of the Pleney slopes.
The apartment features a large flatscreen TV with UK and French TV channels and there is also a Nintendo Wii with games. We have included a Bose Speaker so you can listen to your favourite tunes at leisure and of course FREE Wifi.
The oak dining table comfortably seats 6 people and the kitchen comes fully equipped with modern units. There is a dishwasher, integrated fridge with small freezer box and oven with hob, microwave, kettle and toaster and plenty of workspace. There is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate ski room with boot dryers to store all your kit.
All 3 bedrooms can be configured as king size doubles or twins. The 3rd bedroom is a cosy cabin style room with no window and the 2 large bathrooms in the apartment, both feature full size baths with overhead showers.

Apartment Terrasse Du Soleil is located centrally within Morzine, slightly elevated, hence the great views over the town. It is approximately five minutes' walk from the Dixie Bar, Rhodos and Bar Robinson which effectively mark the start of the town centre. Access to the slopes is quick and easy via the free ski bus which stops at the bottom of the apartment's drive.
