Beautiful individual 3 storey Townhouse within a 5 minute walk to the Telecabine and central bars and restaurants of Morzine. Features a stunning covered terrace and 4 ensuite bedrooms sleeping up to 10 people.
LOCATION/POSITION
Chalet Vieux Bois is approximately 5 minutes walk from Super Morzine Telecabine and 10 minutes to the Pleney, and only a few mintues walk from the bars and restaurants, not to mention has great views of the mountains from an elevated terrace on the second floor.
Located next door to our original Townhouse property, this works well in combination together and sleeps up to 16 people.
LAYOUT (145 metres sq.)
The ground floor and entrance has a large ski/boot room with boot dryers and a garage for bikes. There is a washing machine and dryer room at the back of the garage. The large family bedroom has 4 single bunk beds as well as an additional TV and games console. There is a sauna with a shower and a separate toilet.
On the middle floor, there are 3 fabulous bedrooms, all with ensuites, 2 with walk in showers, and 2 with a bath. Each room has a large wardrobe and can be made into a king size double or 2 twins.
The main living area is on the top floor with beautiful beams, large floor to ceiling windows, log burning stove and corner sofa. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with oven, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. There is a large outdoor terrace with dining space, sofas and BBQ.

Any damages or additional cleaning required during or after your stay will be charged to this credit card. We would hope this will be unnecessary as we rarely need to use this deposit facility as most guests respect our luxury properties. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.

Chalet du Vieux Bois provides quick & easy access to the slopes, with both Super Morzine and Pleney lifts being less than a five minute walk away. The free ski shuttle bus stops close to the chalet providing fast access to both the Prodains and Ardent Telecabines as well.
This is a great chalet for anyone wanting to be central and ideal for groups of families or friends who want to party. Works well in combination with The Townhouse which is next door.
