MOREFLEX PLUS - Our Flexible Booking Scheme
Our flexible booking scheme MOREFLEX Plus can be applied to all reservations for an additional fee (see below). This can only be added at the time of booking. Please note MOREFLEX Plus cannot be applied retrospectively to your reservation and our usual T&C's will apply.

To enable MOREFLEX Plus the following supplement is payable at time of booking when your deposit is paid to secure your reservation.
Self Catered : €150 Euros per reservation per week
Catered Chalets : £50 per person per reservation per week
MOREFLEX Plus enables you to flex or cancel your booking anytime up to 56 days (8 weeks) before your stay, which is when your final balance payment is due.
The additional supplement paid to secure MOREFLEX PLUS is retained by More Mountain.
By choosing NOT to add the MOREFLEX Plus Deposit Protection Scheme to your reservation, our standard terms apply and all deposits are non refundable and non flexible. We do not apply MOREFlex retrospectively.
Once you have entered the 8 week final balance payment period, you are obliged to pay for your holiday in full. Our usual T&C’s will apply which means there will be no refund or transfer of holiday dates offered once you enter the final balance period and your deposit will be withheld.
It is imperative you have good insurance arranged to cover you for your stay with us.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How many times can I change my booking?
MOREFlex PLUS entitles you to make 1 date amendment or opt for a refund of your deposit. Once you have used your Flex amendment, you cannot change dates again without incurring an additional charge.
Q: What if I need to change my booking again?
MOREFlex PLUS entitles you to make 1 date amendment only. You can flex again, however this will be subject to new an administration fee of €150 Euros for self catered bookings or £50 UK Pounds per person for catered bookings. This will be added at the time of amendment, once your new booking is confirmed.
Q. Can I add MOREFlex Plus later?
You have up to 24 hours from the time of booking to apply MOREFlex Plus to your reservation. We cannot apply MOREFlex plus after this period has expired.
Q: Is there a time limit within which I can rebook after I change my original booking?
MOREFlex PLUS requires that you must take your holiday within 12 months of your original holiday start date.
Q: Can I have a refund of my deposit - I want to cancel my booking altogether?
If you do not opt to take MOREFlex, our standard terms and conditions apply and your deposit is non refundable. Please ensure you have adequate insurance to cover for travel cancellations or changes. All our deposits are NON REFUNDABLE under our standard terms and conditions.
Q: How long do I have to notify More Mountain of a date change to my holiday once I have decided to Flex?
Make sure you let us know before your final balance is due. This is up to 56 days (8 weeks) before your arrival date. At this point you must notify us immediately of your new holiday dates at the time of amendment.
Q : If I booked a winter holiday can I swap it to a summer holiday instead or vice versa?
Yes. MOREFlex PLUS means you can transfer your booking to another week of your choice with no penalty for a summer or winter holiday within 12 months of your original holiday start date.
Q: What if I want to move my deposit to a time/location which costs more or less than my original holiday?
No problem. Your deposit payment due is fixed at the time of booking - regardless of the total price of the holiday. Should a new stay be more or less than your original reservation, the total value of the holiday will be adjusted accordingly.
Q: What if I have paid a deposit for a large group chalet holiday and want to change this to a smaller group chalet holiday?
All deposit monies paid for the holiday at the original time of booking will be re-allocated to the new booking as a deposit in full against the total value of the new holiday.
Q: What if I have paid a deposit in Euros and want to swap this for a holiday priced in UK Sterling or vice versa?
All deposit monies paid for in the currency allocated to that holiday at the original time of booking will be converted into the new currency for the new booking and calculated in line with real time exchange rates on xe.com plus a 1% admin fee.
Q. What if I decide to cancel my holiday within the 8 week final balance payment period.
MOREFlex PLUS does not apply once you have entered the 8 week final balance payment period. At this point you are obliged to pay for your holiday in full. Should you then decide not to come on your holiday, our usual T&C’s will apply which means there will be no refund or transfer of holiday dates offered. It is imperative you have good insurance arranged to cover you for your stay with us.
Q. I am in a catered chalet - Does everyone in my group need to pay MOREFLex?
Everyone in the group has to take MOREFLEX to validate cover for Catered Chalet Reservations : £50 per person fees apply to each client listed on the booking form including children.
Q. I have booked a catered chalet exclusively - What happens if one of my group cancels but the rest of us are coming?
Should party members of your group cancel, individual cancellations cannot be accommodated by MOREFLEX as the whole chalet has been reserved exclusively (regardless of final numbers). The group leader is still obliged to pay the full chalet price as per agreed at the time of booking or flex / cancel the whole booking.
