MOREFLEX PLUS - Our Deposit Protection Scheme
Since Covid appeared in 2019, we appreciate that our customers may now want some additional flexibility with their reservation going forwards.
Our flexible deposit scheme MOREFLEX Plus can be applied to all reservations going forwards from winter 2022 for an additional fee.
MOREFLEX Plus allows you to either :
MOVE YOUR RESERVATION to another date of your choice up to 28 days (4 weeks) before your stay with us
RECEIVE A FULL REFUND of your DEPOSIT paid.
To enable MOREFLEX PLUS the following supplement is payable at time of booking when your deposit is paid for your initial reservation.
Self Catered MOREFLEX PLUS Fee : €150 Euros per reservation
Catered Chalets MOREFLEX PLUS Fee : £50 per person per reservation*
You have up to 28 days (4 weeks) before your stay with us, to change your booking which reflects the deadline for when the final balance payment is due. You have the option to flex your booking to an alternative date or receive a refund of your deposit paid.
The additional supplement paid to secure MOREFLEX PLUS is retained by More Mountain.
*MOREFLEX PLUS fee, catered chalet reservations : £50 per person - fees apply to each client listed on the booking form and we cannot take part payments for individual group members. Exclusive Full Chalet Bookings will be charged at the full occupancy rate regardless of final numbers.
If you would like to add our MOREFLEX PLUS Deposit Protection Scheme for your forthcoming holiday let us know. You have up to 7 days from your initial reservation date, to include and pay for the MOREFLEX PLUS option.
If you choose NOT to add the MOREFLEX PLUS Deposit Protection Scheme as an option to your reservation, please ensure you have adequate insurance to cover for travel cancellations and subsequent disruption from Covid-19. All our deposits are NON REFUNDABLE under our standard terms and conditions.
MOREFlex PLUS'23 does not apply once you have entered the 4 week final balance payment period. At this point you are obliged to pay for your holiday in full. Should you then decide not to come on your holiday, our usual T&C’s will apply which means there will be no refund or transfer of holiday dates offered. It is imperative you have good insurance arranged to cover you for your stay with us.

Frequently Asked Questions
MOREFlex PLUS entitles you to make 1 date amendment to your original booking. Once you have used your Flex amendment, you cannot change dates again without incurring an additional charge.
MOREFlex PLUS entitles you to make 1 date amendment. You can flex again, however this will be subject to new an administration fee of €150 Euros for self catered bookings or £50 UK Pounds per person for catered bookings. This will be added at the time of amendment, once your new booking is confirmed.
MOREFlex PLUS requires that you must take your holiday within 24 months of your original holiday start date.
Yes you can have a refund if you opt to pay for the additional MOREFlex PLUS Fee. Our standard terms and conditions apply in that your deposit is non refundable should you not opt to pay extra for MOREFlex PLUS.
Make sure you let us know before your final balance is due. This is up to 28 days (4 weeks) before your arrival date. At this point you must notify us immediately of your new holiday dates at the time of amendment.
Yes. MOREFlex PLUS means you can transfer your booking to another week of your choice with no penalty for a summer or winter holiday within 24 months of your original holiday start date.
No problem. Your deposit payment due is fixed at the time of booking - regardless of the total price of the holiday. Should a new stay be more or less than your original reservation, the total value of the holiday will be adjusted accordingly.
All deposit monies paid for the holiday at the original time of booking will be re-allocated to the new booking as a deposit in full against the total value of the new holiday.
All deposit monies paid for in the currency allocated to that holiday at the original time of booking will be converted into the new currency for the new booking and calculated in line with real time exchange rates on xe.com plus a 1% admin fee.
