We’re introducing our brand new Flexible Booking Policy – MOREFlex which allows you to delay your holiday and transfer your deposit paid to another date of your choice within 24 months of your original holiday start date, completely free of charge with no hidden costs.

Whether you’re booking your first, second or third holiday with us, we completely understand you may be feeling uneasy and worried about travelling to Morzine for this coming season because of the unknown situation linked to Covid-19. MOREFlex is our direct response to give you reassurance and flexibility when booking with More Mountain going forwards.

MOREFlex Flexi Deposit – How does it work?

MOREFlex allows you to change your booking date with More Mountain to another week of your choice – summer or winter – within 24 months of your original holiday start date.

This means your deposit is completely transferrable to another week of your choice with no additional fees to pay.

MOREFlex will apply to all new and existing reservations made for holidays that start from 1st December 2020. Therefore, this applies to anyone who has already booked a holiday with us for this coming winter and beyond with holiday dates starting from 1st December onwards.

With MOREFlex as long as you notify us before the final balance payment deadline, which is 10 weeks before your holiday date, we are happy to transfer your total amount of deposit paid to another week of your choice.

All we ask is that once you have decided to Flex, you contact us with your new holiday date request immediately and any changes to your holiday dates must be made to us in writing.

MOREFlex is our direct response to give you reassurance and flexibility when booking with More Mountain going forwards. This means you can have something to look forward to without too much financial risk or tie in and finally get your holiday plans back on track!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How many times can I change my booking?
MOREFlex entitles you to make 1 free-of-charge date amendment to your original booking. Once you have used your free Flex amendment, you cannot change dates again.

Q: Is there a time limit within which I can rebook after I change my original booking?
MOREFlex requires that you must take your holiday within 24 months of your original holiday start date.

Q: Can I have a refund of my deposit – I want to cancel my booking altogether?
Should you decide to completely cancel your holiday with us our standard terms and conditions apply in that your deposit is non refundable. We can only offer you alternative dates within 24 months of your original holiday start date.

Q: How long do I have to notify More Mountain of a date change to my holiday once I have decided to Flex?
Make sure you let us know up to 10 weeks before your arrival date. At this point you must notify us immediately of your new holiday dates at the time of amendment.

Q : If I booked a winter Holiday can I swap it to a summer holiday instead or vice versa?
Yes. MOREFlex means you can transfer your booking to another week of your choice with no penalty for a summer or winter within 24 months of your original holiday start date.

Q: What if I want to move my deposit to a time/location which costs more or less than my original holiday?
No problem. All our deposit payments are the same – €700 Euros for self catered apartments and £250 per person for catered chalets – regardless of the total price of the holiday. Hence the total value of the holiday will be adjusted accordingly.

Q: What if I have paid a deposit for a large group chalet holiday and want to change this to a smaller group chalet holiday?
All deposit monies paid for the holiday at the original time of booking will be re-allocated to the new booking as a deposit in full against the total value of the new holiday.

Q: What if I have paid a deposit in Euros and want to swap this for a holiday priced in UK Sterling or vice versa?
All deposit monies paid for in the currency allocated to that holiday at the original time of booking will be converted into the new currency for the new booking and calculated in line with real time exchange rates on xe.com minus a 1% admin fee.

MOREFlex does not apply once you have entered the 10 week final balance payment period. At this point you are obliged to pay for your holiday in full. Should you then decide not to come on your holiday, our usual T&C’s will apply which means there will be no refund or transfer of holiday dates offered.

Please note, MOREFlex cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher issued by More Mountain at any time. If you have a voucher from Covid-19, feel free to use this as your final balance payment, however, in order to qualify for MOREFLex, you would need to give us a new deposit under our new MOREFlex terms.
