Funky Modern Penthouse apartment in the centre of Morzine less than 5 minutes walk from Pleney & Super Morzine Telecabines. 4 bedroom duplex apartment sleeping up to 9 is a fabulous size and space, with stunning views and great for groups wanting to be close to the action!
LOCATION/POSITION
La Ploche is located right in the heart of Morzine less than 5 minutes on foot from the Super Morzine Telecabine, right next to our Super Morzine and Telecabine apartments. Only a short walk from the Tourist office you can't beat its position for accessing all the bars and restaurants.
La Ploche is a duplex top floor Penthouse apartment, featuring sky lights, and lovely views with lots of natural light.
LAYOUT (135metres sq.)
You enter the apartment into an open plan living area with a kitchen and dining area with all mod cons and seating for 9 people. There is a balcony with seating that looks out over the Pointe De Nyon and Pleney Slopes. The lounge features a 40-inch Flatscreen Smart TV with Netflix, UK and French TV channels, and a Bose speaker.
As the apartment is split level, the upstairs area features a stylish Mezzanine with TV, Wii Games Console, and comfy bean bags. There is also a WC/Utility area with a separate washing machine, tumble dryer, and a boot room in the basement with boot and glove dryers.
The large master bedroom on the first floor features an ensuite shower room and a private balcony. On the second floor, there is a large triple room with plenty of storage space which shares the large family bathroom with a bath and rain shower above. There is a twin room next in the eaves with a skylight and the final bedroom has an ensuite shower room (no door).

Self Catering Damage Deposits : We will take details of a valid credit or debit card in resort upon your arrival. Any damages or additional cleaning required during or after your stay will be charged to this credit card. We would hope this will be unnecessary as we rarely need to use this deposit facility as most guests respect our luxury properties. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.
