LOCATION/POSITION

Situated in one of Morzine's newest apartment developments Residence Echo du Pleney is in a fabulous location just next to the roundabout for the Super Morzine Telecabine. This fantastic and funky modern ski pad is only a few steps away from the ski lift and only 5 minutes walk to the Pleney telecabine. It offers great value for money for a group of 6 or 8 mates!

Perfectly located in the centre of the village of Morzine, with all its fabulous bars and restaurants, this apartment offers quick access to the ski slopes of Morzine and Avoriaz. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a prominent open corner position with balcony overlooking great open and uninterrupted views of the Pointe De Nyon and the Pointe De Ressachaux. 

LAYOUT (75 metres sq.)

A cosy and comfortable sized living space, Apartment Ressachaux has a covered wide and spacious balcony, which adds additional space to the apaartment with an inside outside feel. There is seating and outdoor dining table. Perfect for a coffee and breakfast before you hit the slopes and great for evening Aperos. There are two comfy sofas and beautiful dining space in the kitchen area which offers plenty of seating for 6 to 8 people. 

The open plan kitchen features all mod cons including Dishwasher and Washing Machine / Tumble Drier. There is also a Nespresso Machine.

There is the usual Bluetooth speaker and large flatscreen TV with UK and French TV, Netflix and Free WiFi. There is also a boot room with heated boot driers and large open garage space in the underground car park, which is great for storage of Mountain Bikes and/or parking for one car.

There are 3 double bedrooms plus a bunk room.

Apartment Prices : Self Catered Prices are per Property Per Week (7 nights). The maximum capacity is as stated.
Check In/Check Out : Check In at 4pm on arrival and Check Out is at 10am the following weekend.
Self Catering Damage Deposits : We will take details of a valid credit or debit card in resort upon your arrival. Any damages or additional cleaning required during or after your stay will be charged to this credit card. We would hope this will be unnecessary as we rarely need to use this deposit facility as most guests respect our luxury properties. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.
To Book : We require a deposit of €700 Euro to secure a property on a self catered basis. Final Balance Payment is required 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. All payments for self catered properties are taken in Euros via Credit Card or Visa Debit Card. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.
