LOCATION/POSITION

Chalet 218 is a luxury ski chalet for up to 13 people in central Morzine. In a prime position within 2 minutes walk of the central zone of Morzine.  It is a stand alone property right in the heart of Morzine featuring its own private garden to the front and back, Outdoor Hot Tub and Sauna, off street parking.

LAYOUT (250 metres sq.)

Chalet 218 blends stylish Scandi design with a warm, cosy “hygge” feel. The top-floor living space features double-height ceilings, exposed beams, large windows, wraparound balconies, a feature glass floor, and a bespoke staircase. 

Additional highlights include a fireplace lounge, modern kitchen and dining area, a separate cinema room, and an outdoor deck with jacuzzi, barrel sauna, and summer BBQ—ideal for a memorable mountain escape.

The chalet also offers a heated boot room with dryers, utility and drying area, laundry facilities, secure bike storage, and carport parking—perfect for a relaxed mountain getaway.

The chalet offers six luxury bedrooms, including four with en-suite bathrooms and one shared family bathroom. Four bedrooms are on the middle floor, three with terraces, including a spacious family suite with a double room and a separate bunk room. Two further en-suite bedrooms are on the lower ground floor, one with a dedicated workspace.

Any damages or additional cleaning required during or after your stay will be charged to this credit card.
