LOCATION / POSITION
 
Newly refurbished apartment, Chez Bill is a bright and modern apartment in an unbeatable location, right next to the Super Morzine lift and in the very centre of town. Just seconds away from Morzine's favourite bakery, and all the amenities that Morzine has to offer. 
 
A duplex apartment occupying the top two floors of a three story building, Chez Bill looks over Morzine’s main shopping street and has views of both Pointe de Nyon and Super Morzine. 

LAYOUT
 
Access to the apartment is via a private entrance and staircase. Inside the apartment you will find a well designed boot room, complete with ample storage and bench seating. There is also a large utility cupboard housing a washing machine, dryer and additional coat storage. 
 
The heart of the apartment is a spacious kitchen - living - dining room. The kitchen is thoughtfully laid out with generous storage and worktop space for entertaining. It also enjoys views towards the Super Morzine, perfect for washing up with a view.
 
The open plan layout flows into the dining and living areas, with a breakfast bar seating four and a large wooden dining table (with unique cork detailing), comfortably seating 8 guests. 
 
The living area is centred around a log burned stove and large flatscreen TV. A generous L shaped sofa, with leg rests, complemented by comfy armchairs and a bean bag, creates a cosy yet sociable setting for evenings in. 
 
A separate TV room on this floor adds valuable flexibility for extra guests and separate kid and adult socialising spaces. The TV room features a high quality double sofa bed, flatscreen TV and its own shower, making it ideal as an additional bedroom. With a separate toilet next door, this enables the apartment to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. 
 
Wraparound balconies extend along much of the lower floor, offering outdoor space and seating with views of the surrounding mountains and a BBQ in summer.
 
Upstairs, you’ll find four light and spacious bedrooms, all beautifully finished with vaulted ceilings, skylights and each with access to a balcony. Two of the bedrooms are ensuite with shower rooms, while the remaining two share a modern family shower room. All bathrooms are finished to a high standard, with sleek fittings and rain showers.  Bedrooms 1 & 4 are fixed double beds, whilst the beds in rooms 2 & 3 can be configured as either doubles or twins, making the layout flexible for different group types. 
 
Additional features include a private garage (for parking or bike storage) and parking, an excellent asset for such a central location.

 : Self Catered Prices are per Property Per Week. The maximum capacity is as stated.
Check In/Check Out : Check In at 4pm on arrival and Check Out is at 10am the following weekend.
To Book : We require a deposit of 35% of the total reservation to secure your reservation. This is non refundable.
Final Balance Payment : Required 12 weeks before the start of your holiday. All payments for self catered properties are taken in Euros via Credit Card or Visa Debit Card or AMEX.
Self Catering Damage Deposits : We will take details of a valid credit or debit card in resort upon your arrival. Any damages or additional cleaning required during or after your stay will be charged to this credit card. We would hope this will be unnecessary as we rarely need to use this deposit facility as most guests respect our luxury properties. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.
