LOCATION/POSITION

Apartment Carlina Pleney is part of a brand new luxury development and is situated next to the Pleney Telecabine, opposite our very own Le Stade and Petit Stade.  The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a prominent corner position with great views over the Pointe De Nyon and the Pointe De Ressachaux. 

LAYOUT (80 metres sq.) 

The open living space is stylish and roomy with a large dining table, breakfast bar, and a bespoke fitted kitchen with all mod cons including granite worktops. Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven with induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and an additional wine fridge! There is also a washing machine and tumble drier and extra storage.

There is the usual Bluetooth speaker and large flatscreen TV with UK and French TV, Netflix, Games Console, and Free WiFi. There is also a boot room with heated boot dryers and a large lockable garage in the underground car park, which is great for storage of Mountain Bikes and/or parking for a small car.

There are 3 double bedrooms, all can be singles or doubles, and bedroom 1 has a balcony.
