LOCATION/POSITION

Apartment Carlina Pleney is part of a brand new luxury development and situated next to the Pleney Telecabine, opposite our very own Le Stade and Petit Stade.  The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a prominent corner position with great views over the Point De Nyon and the Pointe De Ressachaux. 

LAYOUT (80 metres sq.) 

The open living space has is stylish and roomy with a large dining table, breakfast bar and a bespoke fitted kitchen with all mod cons including granite worktops. Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven with induction hob, kettle and toaster and an additional wine fridge! There is also a  washing machine and tumble drier and extra storage.

There is the usual Bluetooth speaker and large flatscreen TV with UK and French TV, Netflix, Games Console and Free WiFi. There is also a boot room with heated boot driers and large lockable garage in the underground car park, which is great for storage of Mountain Bikes and/or parking for a small car.

There are 3 double bedrooms, all can be singles or doubles and bedroom 1 has a balcony.

Winter Prices - Saturday to Saturday

Apartment Carlina runs from Saturday to Saturday on a SELF CATERED BASIS. Prices do NOT include Airport Transfers, however, we can help you arrange them at discounted rates.

Apartment Prices : Self Catered Prices are per Property Per Week (7 nights). The maximum capacity is as stated.
Check In/Check Out : Check In at 4pm on arrival and Check Out is at 10am the following weekend.
Self Catering Damage Deposits : We will take details of a valid credit or debit card in resort upon your arrival. Any damages or additional cleaning required during or after your stay will be charged to this credit card. We would hope this will be unnecessary as we rarely need to use this deposit facility as most guests respect our luxury properties. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.
To Book : We require a deposit of €700 Euro to secure a property on a self catered basis. Final Balance Payment is required 10 weeks before the start of your holiday. All payments for self catered properties are taken in Euros via Credit Card or Visa Debit Card. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.
