Great Location - Opposite the Pleney Slopes and only 2 minutes walk on the flat to the Pleney Telecabine, bars and restaurants. Great for families with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in an unbeatable location with large garage, balcony and mountain views.
LOCATION
Apartment 101 is part of a luxury development situated only 2 minutes walk on the flat from the centre of town and pretty much opposite the return to Morzine home run on the Pleney. The apartment is very family friendly and great for kids due to it's location and proximity to ski school.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a prominent corner position set back from the main road and offers views over the Pointe De Nyon.
LAYOUT (70 sq. metres)
The open plan living area features a generous Bo Concept modular corner sofa and furnishings. There is a stylish dining table with seating for 6 people and a bespoke fitted kitchen with all mod cons including granite worktops, Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven with induction hob, kettle and toaster and a VERY funky wine cooler not to be missed! There is also a pantry with large fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier and extra storage.
There is the usual Bose iPod Dock and large flatscreen TV with UK Satellite TV, Netflix, Games Console and Free WiFi. There is also a boot room with heated boot driers and large lockable garage which is great for storage of Mountain Bikes and parking for 2 cars.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and/or twins rooms with lots of comfortable furnishings and a bunk room.

Any damages or additional cleaning required during or after your stay will be charged to this credit card. We would hope this will be unnecessary as we rarely need to use this deposit facility as most guests respect our luxury properties. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.
To Book : We require a deposit of €700 Euro to secure a property on a self catered basis. Final Balance Payment is required 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.
All payments for self catered properties are taken in Euros via Credit Card or Visa Debit Card. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.
