Bright and roomy 3 bedroom, self-catered apartment in Morzine, featuring large wrap around balcony and benefits from Ski-In location off Piste B (within 20m) and only 5 minutes walk into town.

LOCATION/POSITION

Apartment Pleney 2 is located approx 5 minutes walk from the town centre and 400 meters from the Pleney Telecabine.  Pleney home run, Piste B runs just behind the apartment - you can ski back to the apartment building from Morzine Pleney ski slopes.  The apartment is located on the 1st floor in building B (of a 2 building complex) with lift access. The building is set off the main road up a sloped driveway and the balcony has views over Morzine and Pleney slopes. 

For bigger groups, Apartments Pleney, Pleney II, Pleney III and Petit Pleney are all located in the same development and subsequently work well in combination with each other for larger groups. You can literally wave at each other from the balconies!

LAYOUT (95sq. metres)

Large, open plan lounge area with comfy sofas and floor to ceiling windows which slide open onto wrap around balconies that lead to a sunny terrace. Outdoor dining space for 6 people.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and appliances include a dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, oven with electric hob, kettle and toaster and Nespresso machine. There is seating for 6/8 people around a large oak dining table. 

The apartment is equipped with a flatscreen SMART TV with UK and French TV channels, Free WifI, Nintendo Wii, and Bose Speaker. There is also a washing machine.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with balconies with views over Morzine and Pleney The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room, while the other 2 rooms, which are larger, share a family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower and separate toilet.
