Bright and roomy 3 bedroom, self-catered apartment in Morzine, featuring large wrap around balcony and benefits from Ski-In location off Piste B (within 20m) and only 5 minutes walk into town.
LOCATION/POSITION
Apartment Pleney 2 is located approx 5 minutes walk from the town centre and 400 meters from the Pleney Telecabine. Pleney home run, Piste B runs just behind the apartment - you can ski back to the apartment building from Morzine Pleney ski slopes. The apartment is located on the 1st floor in building B (of a 2 building complex) with lift access. The building is set off the main road up a sloped driveway and the balcony has views over Morzine and Pleney slopes.
For bigger groups, Apartments Pleney, Pleney II, Pleney III and Petit Pleney are all located in the same development and subsequently work well in combination with each other for larger groups. You can literally wave at each other from the balconies!
LAYOUT (95sq. metres)
Large, open plan lounge area with corner sofas and floor to ceiling windows which slide open onto wrap around balconies which lead to a sunny terrace. Outdoor dining space for 6 people.
The kitchen comes fully equipped and appliances include dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer and oven with electric hob, kettle and toaster and Nespresso machine. There is seating for 6/8 people around a large oak dining table.
The apartment has enough space for 6 people, loads of storage and underfloor heating throughout. The apartment is equipped with a flatscreen SMART TV, Free WifI, UK FreeSat TV, Nintendo Wii and Bose iPod Dock. There is also a washing machine.
There are 3 bedrooms, all with balconies with views over Morzine and Pleney The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room, while the other 2 rooms, which are larger, share a family bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

To Book : We require a deposit of €700 Euro to secure a property on a self catered basis. Final Balance Payment is required 10 weeks before the start of your holiday. All payments for self catered properties are taken in Euros via Credit Card or Visa Debit Card. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.

Location
Apartment Pleney II does exactly what is says on the tin, it is located just off the Pleney ‘B’ piste. The apartment is a short walk to the Pleney and Super Morzine telecabines, or the free ski shuttle bus stop which gives you access to telecabines leading to Avoriaz and beyond.
It takes approximately 5 minutes to walk to the central tourist office of Morzine. Please note that if you have small children you may find the “ski out” position a little challenging as there is a short walk up the piste to gain height to ski to the telecabine.
