THE best location in Morzine. Directly opposite the Pleney Telecabine at the bottom of Le Stade piste, you could not be closer. Set over two enormous levels that offer sprawling entertaining space as well as 7 large ensuite bedrooms and a double spa room with 2 hot tubs!
Chalet Le Stade is available fully catered in winter and self catered in summer.
LOCATION/POSITION
Chalet Le Stade is located in the heart of Morzine, a stone's throw from the ski runs, restaurants and bars. The building also has its very own ski hire shop, Pleney Sports, and so ski hire and fitting services are on the doorstep.
Its enormous size means group sizes of up to 16 adults fit very comfortably. You can easily seat everyone around the dining table and the lounge area features lots of comfy sofas with a fireplace and views of the mountains.
LAYOUT (280 metres sq.)
The chalet is split over 2 floors. The first level is on the 2nd floor and has 5 large ensuite bedrooms and a double spa room with 2 hot tubs. There is also a spare toilet and balconies off every bedroom.
The top level of the chalet features a large balcony that overlooks the Pleney slopes and a huge dining space with a large sociable rectangular table, seat up to 16 people very comfortably. There are two large seating areas around the fireplace and balcony views. There is an honesty bar, large flatscreen TV with XBox and a fabulous BOSE surround sound system.
The chalet is elongated in shape, and the bedrooms are located at the back of the property where it is quieter. The top level has 2 bedrooms with double height ceilings, one can be configured as a triple. Both have ensuites and balconies and all bedrooms are triple glazed with electric shutters.
The chalet has access to Pleney Sports Ski Shop - we have our own private heated ski locker and a boot and ski fitting service.

Ski Chauffeur Service: We offer a ski lift pick up service from the slopes from 16:00 until 19.00 in the afternoons with a dedicated driver in an eight seater minibus.
Booking Information
Chalet Le Stade is based on 15 people sharing at maximum capacity. Prices quoted, unless otherwise stated are for Full Occupancy/Exclusive Use rate. Full Occupancy prices include an exclusive use discount on non peak weeks.
Per person prices are based on a minimum of 2 people sharing a room.
Single Person Supplements : If a person requires a room for single occupancy, €750 is added to the cost of the “per person per week” price for single occupancy in a room. Please note single supplements are not applicable when taking a chalet for sole occupancy use.
Babies and Toddlers under 2 years old: Additional €200 per child when sleeping in parents room when occupancy exceeds the maximum capacity of 14 people. Maximum of 1 additional child per room.
Cots and High Chairs can be provided if required. *Please note you must bring your own cot bedding for our travel cots.
Children : Children aged 2 and over are priced at the same rate as adults.
Check In/Check Out : Check In at 4pm on arrival and Check Out is at 10am the following weekend.
To Book : We require a deposit of 35% to secure your reservation. This is non refundable. The full balance is due 12 weeks before arrival.

Prices: Self Catered properties have a minimum night stay of 3 nights. The maximum capacity is as stated.
Check In/Check Out: Check In at 5pm on arrival and Check Out is at 10am the following weekend.
To Book: We require a deposit of 35% of the total stay to secure the reservation. This is non refundable.
Final Balance Payment: Required 12 weeks before the start of your holiday. All payments for self catered properties are taken in Euros via Credit Card or Visa Debit Card or AMEX.
Self Catering Damage Deposits: We will take details of a valid credit or debit card in resort upon your arrival. Any damages or additional cleaning required during or after your stay will be charged to this credit card. We would hope this will be unnecessary as we rarely need to use this deposit facility as most guests respect our luxury properties. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.
