LOCATION/POSITION
Apartment Hameau Des Fes is a luxury apartment in central Morzine, only 2 minutes walk to the nearest bar, bakery and supermarket. The apartment offers quick access to the slopes via the free ski shuttle bus which stops at the end of the road every 10 minutes and is approx 8 minutes walk to the nearest telecabine. There are large window and a big private terrace with south facing mountain views of the Pointe De Nyon.
Located in the same exclusive development as The Penthouse and Jardin Des Fes, Hameau des Fes works well in combination for larger groups.
LAYOUT (70 metres sq.)
Hameau Des Fes has a spacious living area and a large private terrace and comes with all the usual More Mountain extras like Bose iPod Dock, large flatscreen TV with UK Satellite TV, DVD Player, Nintendo Wii and Free WiFi.
The dining area comfortably seats 4/6 around an oak table with leather dining chairs. The kitchen is larger than most and comes fully equipped with a Nespresso Machine, Dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, oven with induction hob, microwave, kettle and toaster and plenty of workspace. It also has a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
2 Luxury Bedrooms with private ensuites as well as a separate toilet in the entrance hall.

Self Catering Damage Deposits : We will take details of a valid credit or debit card in resort upon your arrival. Any damages or additional cleaning required during or after your stay will be charged to this credit card. We would hope this will be unnecessary as we rarely need to use this deposit facility as most guests respect our luxury properties. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.
To Book : We require a deposit of €700 Euro to secure a property on a self catered basis. Final Balance Payment is required 10 weeks before the start of your holiday. All payments for self catered properties are taken in Euros via Credit Card or Visa Debit Card. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.

Location
Apartment Hameau Des Fes is located centrally within Morzine, in the same building as The Penthouse and Jardin Des Fes. The apartment complex is approximately five minutes’ walk from the Dixie Bar, Rhodos and Bar Robinson which effectively mark the start of the town centre. Staggering back after a few beers is very easy!
