XL Garden Apartment, less than 5 mins walk from the Telecabines. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeping 9/10 people in central Morzine. Only 2 minutes walk to the Super Morzine ski lift and 5 minutes to Pleney Telecabine. An enormous garden & terrace space and the perfect location from the town.
LOCATION
Only two minutes walk from the Super Morzine Telecabine and 5 minutes walk to the Pleney Telecabine on the flat. It remains quiet and peaceful as it is "tucked away" off the beaten track in residence "Le Cofy". Great for families as very little walking is required!
LAYOUT (95 sq. metres)
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite, and 2 share a family bathroom. The living space is well proportioned with a comfortable spacious lounge area, corner sofas, Bose Speaker and large flatscreen TV with UK and French TV channels, games console and Free WiFi.
There is seating for 10 people around a rectangular oak dining table. The kitchen diner is spacious and comes fully equipped with all appliances and granite work surfaces. It includes a Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, oven with electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and plenty of workspace. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Apartment Super Morzine is a ground floor garden apartment which means it benefits from a fabulous enclosed private terrace. Sliding patio doors lead out onto a beautiful decked garden terrace offering great views of the Nyon and Pleney peaks. A great spot for enjoying a glass of vino whilst you watch the sunset!
