Tucked away in a peaceful riverside setting just minutes from the centre of town, this apartment offers the balance of tranquillity with convenience. LOCATION/POSITION

With its private terrace, secluded position, and easy access to the village, The Jazz Pad is a wonderful base for Morzine. An idyllic position beside the River Dranse and only a two-minute stroll from the centre of Morzine. Ski shuttle buses serving both Avoriaz and Pleney stop virtually on the doorstep, making access to the slopes effortless.

Despite its central location, the apartment is tucked away in a quiet and private setting. A bakery, supermarket, bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance, allowing you to enjoy everything Morzine has to offer without needing a car.

For a small apartment, the living space is surprisingly spacious. The cleverly designed open-plan living area features sliding patio doors that open onto a spacious private terrace, so you can bring the outside in. Perfect for a morning coffee or evening apéro and BBQ in summer.

There is a luxurious Ethnicraft leather sofa and pouf, creating an inviting space to relax in after a day on the slopes. Enjoy your favourite playlist through the Bose Speaker, unwind with Netflix on the Smart TV, or settle in for a chilled evening. A small dining area provides a cosy setting for relaxed meals and leisurely breakfasts.

The compact well-equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge, oven, induction hob, kettle and toaster.

The Jazz Pad features a beautiful spacious bedroom, with plenty of storage and a boutique-hotel feel with sumptuous furnishings, soft lighting and a super king-size bed which can also be configured as two large singles. The apartment also features a modern bathroom with shower.

There is space to add a small toddlers bed or cot if needed.
