Super Cool Hipster Ski Pad - 3 Bedroom split level apartment right in the heart of Morzine, opposite the Rotunde Restaurant behind the tourist office square. It's in a central, yet quiet location with bright terrace and only a 3 minute walk on the flat to the Pleney and Super Morzine telecabines.

LOCATION/POSITION

Situated behind the Bec Jaune Brewery in a quiet spot, The Pad is a quirky and stylish renovation over two levels with double height living space and has a sauna, jacuzzi bath, garage and separate utility area.  The apartment is only a few minutes walk to the Pleney or Super Morzine Telecabines and restaurants are only a stones throw away.

LAYOUT (110 metres sq.)

The main living area has double height ceilings over the lounge, dining area and kitchen.  There is a mezzanine/den area (with low head height) with additional TV and Xbox and beanbags and a sofa bed for 2.

Double height lounge windows slide open onto a large balcony with table and chairs for 8. The lounge features a comfy corner sofa, large TV with SONOS sound bar, Netflix, Games Console and loads of funky lighting. The kitchen has all the mod cons, including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, large American style fridge-freezer, oven with induction hob, kettle and toaster and microwave. There is a lot of storage and a separate laundry area with washing machine & tumble dryer plus an additional WC. 

There are 3 bedrooms. The master suite has an ensuite with walk in shower. The second bedroom can be a twin or double and makes use of the family bathroom which has a Jacuzzi bath & shower above plus a separate sauna.  The third bedroom is a quirky multi-level bunk room.

Check In/Check Out : Check In at 4pm on arrival and Check Out is at 10am the following weekend.
To Book : We require a deposit of €700 per property per week to secure your reservation. This is non refundable.
Final Balance Payment : Required 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. All payments for self catered properties are taken in Euros via Credit Card or Visa Debit Card or AMEX.
Self Catering Damage Deposits : We will take details of a valid credit or debit card in resort upon your arrival. Any damages or additional cleaning required during or after your stay will be charged to this credit card. We would hope this will be unnecessary as we rarely need to use this deposit facility as most guests respect our luxury properties. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.
